About the Job

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join the OurPass team. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through strategic paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to shape and execute our paid advertising strategies, contributing to the overall success of the company.


Develop and execute end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, with a strong focus on driving mobile campaigns.
Utilise attribution tools to track and measure the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for conversions and ROI.
Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative development to create compelling and high-converting ads tailored for mobile audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing ad creatives that align with brand guidelines and resonate with fintech audiences.
Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance for mobile channels, making data-driven adjustments to maximize acquisition and achieve KPIs.
Implement A/B testing methodologies for mobile ads, continuously refining strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Leverage your fintech expertise to develop targeted and innovative advertising strategies that resonate with the specific needs and pain points of the fintech audience.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging advertising technologies, particularly in the fintech sector, to ensure OurPass remains at the forefront of paid mobile advertising strategies.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, specifically for mobile and fintech campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.

Critical Competencies:

Proven experience (5 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Results-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, agile startup environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
