About the Team
The Field Operations team is focused on supporting and scaling Outreach’s full revenue funnel with scalable processes, role-based operational enablement, the right toolset and by providing relevant business insights.
The Role
Outreach is looking for a process and results oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join the global Revenue Operations team. As a leader in the industry, we expect the Revenue Operations Specialist to support operational excellence for our organization by identifying systems and process gaps impacting revenue processes and partnering with Revenue Operations stakeholders to identify root causes and resolve gaps. Additionally, the Revenue Operations Specialist will execute daily requests to update information in our CRM. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and passionately understands SaaS sales motions, CRM systems, and has a genuine interest in supporting a growing sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, finds excitement in creative and scalable problem solving, and has a bias for action and outcomes.
Location: This position is based in Atlanta and reports into the Revenue Operations team.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Manage the intake of cases from the GTM organization by following the Rules of Engagement (policy)
  • Own cadenced (weekly/monthly/quarterly) Revenue Operations Processes ensuring on-time completion of deliverables
  • Identify process gaps impacting daily operational activities and operational efficiency, and clearly articulate the problem statement to partnering teams to scope, prioritize and resolve gaps through scalable processes
  • Partner with internal Revenue Operations stakeholders to understand operational needs and evolve existing workflows
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for sales operation processes
  • Produce and maintain reports/dashboards that accelerate information-to-action at scale and drive actionable insights through data analysis
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy in Salesforce and Outreach

Our Vision Of You

  • 2-3+ years professional experience, ideally in a Sales/Business Operations or similar role
  • Understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines
  • Understanding of Salesforce; experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Desire to be a trusted advisor to internal Go-To-Market teams and a partner to our RevOps team
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed
  • Commitment to see things through toward actionable outcomes and results
  • Flexible team player, with a bias for action
  • Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new business demands and changing environments
