Finance Systems Administrator

Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Manage, maintain, and enhance financial systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur. Perform regular system updates, configurations, and optimizations to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide user support and training on financial systems, ensuring all users can effectively utilize these tools. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and communicate solutions to end-users.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integrations between financial systems and other business applications.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiency. Propose and implement system enhancements to support these improvements.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of various teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes.
- Perform scheduled system updates, including developing test cases, documentation, user-sign off through UAT, and post deployment monitoring.
- Document project requirements for system design, key milestones, and deliverables. Track open action items and requests using JIRA.
Our Vision of You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance system administration with a focus on ERP, P2P, and/or T&E.
- Experience administering NetSuite, Coupa, or Concur is a plus.
- General understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with system configuration and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
