Outreach pioneered and dominates the $10B Sales Engagement category, setting a new standard for innovation in B2B prospecting. During this time, we have built powerful tools that help connect sales reps with their customers that generate unique insights into what is and isn’t moving deals forward along with tools to immediately take action on these insights, bringing them back into the reps workflow. Now we have an opportunity to bring this same cycle of innovation to the heart of the sales process: customer meetings.
Outreach Kaia gives sales reps all the tools they need to confidently run sales meetings through access to just-in-time content, insights about buyers and real-time analytics about conversation dynamics. Sales reps are able to spend more time helping buyers and less time taking notes and updating records through Kaia meeting summaries and follow up. And Sales Leaders have full deal transparency and all the information they need to coach their reps with AI driven insights and analytics.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Outline the Outreach Kaia product strategy for the next 3 years.
  • Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with a world class engineering, data science and design teams to ship AI/ML features that provide real value to the sales and operations teams who use Outreach to grow their business
  • Lead and encourage a team of accomplished product managers, enabling high performance and removing obstacles to attainment of their objectives
  • Drive the strategy for multiple scrum teams and champion new processes and best practices
  • Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the product team’s work with the world

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience building great software, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines
  • 2+ years of experience managing product teams
  • Ability to define long-term business strategy, and drive impact on short-term product goals
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
  • Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
  • Ability to achieve clarity and drive focus in complex domains
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
  • Prior experience in building products for B2B SaaS is preferred
The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$245,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
