About the Team
Our Mission is to provide users an easy, effective and smart way to discover, manage and action on core objects used in the sales workflow. Features we delivered include Inline editing (editing values inside a rich table component), Smart Email Assist (integrating AI-powered email generation without our application) and most recently Smart Account Plan (a brand new view that allows users to create “Account Plan”, a central hub for their customer research) which contains rich text editing capabilities and a visual prospect hierarchy view among others.
Our team collaborates with other frontend teams to create compelling user experiences.
The team (product managers, design, engineering manager, QA, five frontend developers) is based in the Prague time zone.
The Role
Outreach is one of the founders and leaders in the Sales Engagement business. We are looking for frontend developers who want to join us building features such as AI-assisted communication or tools which make the sales process efficient. We’re using a modern React + Material UI + TypeScript stack for all development.
Here you can deep-dive on challenging technical problems, build scalable solutions and identify performance bottlenecks, iterate quickly and deliver incremental value and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
You will work on critical and important parts of the Outreach products.
You will have a real impact on the engineering platform, learning and following the modern tech stack.
You will get familiar with the latest tools in areas such as product telemetry, reliability and performance.
Location
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. The workplace is based in Prague, Czechia.
