About the Team
The Record Management team leads the experience for viewing and creating sales records (people, accounts, opportunities, etc.) which are the most heavily interacted pages within Outreach. The team’s primary mission is to provide the industry's best experience pulling the wealth of buyer data into a clean experience that makes the information accessible, consumable and actionable.
The Role
Outreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. The team is looking for a highly experienced React developer to join the Records Management team in Prague.
Your primary focus will be on solving challenging technical problems, building performant, maintainable and reliable solutions, delivering value and collaborating with other great engineers, product managers and designers. You will have the opportunity to help build Outreach Prague and contribute to the Outreach brand success.

Our Tech Stack
On the Frontend we use React with Typescript. We are transitioning our data loading layer to use GraphQL and an Apollo client. We build new backend features using Golang and microservices. We have data stores built in Redis, MySQL and AWS S3.
Location
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on weekly regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events.
This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.
