The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Technical Project Manager to join our team. As the IT Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing multiple IT projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of innovative solutions. This role will give you the opportunity to work and interact across all our Product Development and Engineering sites and it includes an afternoon/evening shift from 12:00-21:00 Prague time (considering 1h of break).
Location:
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. This role is categorized as hybrid and it is expected you live in a reasonable proximity to the office in Prague so you would be able to connect with your team on weekly regular basis, attend in-person meetings and company events.
This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Translate high-level, ambiguous business goals into working software solutions
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities, from project initiation to closure
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
  • Lead delivery of large, complex projects by anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones

Our Vision of You

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, IT Systems Engineer, or related role, in a cloud-first environment preferably with experience in a dynamic organization
  • Experience managing roadmaps and facilitating scoping and discovery discussions for large projects with stakeholders spanning the company
  • Experience working at international level, including US based IT teams
  • Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies
  • Possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Okta, Jira, Jamf, and Intune, leveraging these platforms for efficient project execution
  • Experience working within the Atlassian platform, specifically Jira & Confluence a must
  • Ability to identify priorities and evaluate risks and trade-offs to recommend optimal paths to achieving deliverables and outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing client-side projects, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing ITGC and familiarity with SOX Controls as it relates to IT
  • IT Operations experience leading process improvements, documentation, and procedures
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels and backgrounds, including business stakeholders and both technical and non-technical resources
  • You are a problem solver and strategic thinker who is comfortable operating in ambiguity to take ownership and are excited to discover new opportunities to transform the organization, with a proven track record of leading and motivating others to move in the same direction
