Your Daily Adventures Include
- Calendar Management: Manage daily calendars and travel - solving complex scheduling situations in a collaborative and team-oriented manner
- Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and tracking action items.
- Operational Support: Communicate directly and on behalf of Sales Leadership both internally and externally (VIP stakeholders including customers, executive staff, vendors, and company-wide communications)
- Work with the Sr. EA to the CRO to support C-level leaders and tenured teams on business rhythms and events
- Project Management: With direction from the Chief of Staff, execute special projects and help to project manage events, effectively partnering with other EAs, cross-functional teams and managing deadline pressures while providing proactive updates
- Operational Support: Anticipating the leaders' needs, streamlining workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Triage: Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine levels of urgency and the appropriate courses of action in collaboration with other EAs
- Data Management: Maintaining records and files, including confidential information, and managing CRM data
- Expense Management: Processing and reconciling expenses accurately
- Conflict resolution: Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with other EAs, their executive staff and the leaders this role supports

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & other relevant software
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Sales Leaders is required.
