Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring the product meets customer needs
- Manage the product backlog and prioritization, ensuring the product team is focused on delivering the most impacting features
- Partner with leaders of cross-functional teams across engineering, product design, marketing, support, and sales to align on the vision of how our product should evolve
- Collaborate with product design and engineering to simplify the information architecture and overall product experience
- Partner with other product teams to drive cross organizational initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management, to gather product requirements and feedback
- Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the work with the world; conduct product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive product growth.

- 15+ years of experience building great products, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- High intellectual horsepower, deeply analytical, high EQ, curious, process oriented. Knows the art (user love) and science (metrics-based growth) of product management
- Strong user empathy and data intuition; have built products (features) that users love
- Strong people skills; can hype up a team rally behind a common product mission
- Ability to define long-term business strategy, and drive impact on short-term product goals
- Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems

- Experience in delivering innovative AI-powered solutions to optimize and transform business workflows for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Well-versed and comfortable with technical products and development lifecycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an extreme attention to detail
- Have demonstrated experience in leading B2B SaaS products, combining creativity and passion for amazing customer experiences with a growth hacker mindset approach
