Location

  • Remote-friendly (Chicago preferred)
  • Calls must be made during school hours (9am–3pm local time)

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills (clear, confident on the phone)
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
  • Comfortable visiting schools door to door in-person
  • Highly persistent — not discouraged by rejection or gatekeepers
  • Detail-oriented and accurate when capturing information
  • Reliable and consistent — able to complete assigned call targets
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets / CRM to log data
  • Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally in conversation
  • Available at least 10–20 hours/week during weekdays

Responsibilities

1) High-Volume Outbound Calling

  • Call through assigned school lead lists (dozens to hundreds of calls)
  • Speak with front desk staff, secretaries, and school personnel
  • Navigate gatekeepers to reach the right contact

2) Identify Decision Makers

  • Determine the correct person in charge (principal, enrichment coordinator, PTA, etc.)
  • Ask clear, direct questions to uncover decision-making structure

3) Capture Accurate Contact Information

  • Collect name, email, phone number of decision-makers
  • Log secretary/front desk names for future follow-ups
  • Ensure all data is complete and accurate

4) Maintain Organized Tracking

  • Record all call outcomes in Google Sheets / CRM
  • Keep notes clean, structured, and usable for follow-up
  • Flag warm or promising leads

5) Hit Weekly Output Targets

  • Consistently meet call and lead generation goals
  • Maintain strong pace and efficiency (leads/hour)
