About the Role

You'll own the experience after a partner says "yes." Your job is to make onboarding effortless, help fill classes, support our teachers, communicate with families and partners, and continuously improve our systems. You'll work directly with the founders to build the operational backbone of Overture as we expand into hundreds of schools.

Why join Overture?

At Overture, we help kids and communities learn to create with AI safely. We partner with schools, libraries, recreation departments, community organizations, and after-school programs to deliver creative, paper and pencil AI classes taught by real teachers — emphasizing imagination, critical thinking, creativity, and responsible AI use, with paper and pencil first and no individual student screens. We're growing quickly and looking for someone who loves organization, communication, and making people feel supported.

Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding — Welcome new school and community partners, guide them through onboarding, collect schedules/classroom info/logistics/contacts/paperwork, coordinate launch timelines, and ensure every partner is fully prepared before programs begin.

Marketing Support — Help partners maximize enrollment: create flyers, update registration links, write newsletters, build social assets, create marketing emails, provide recommendations, track enrollment, and follow up when enrollment is low.

Teacher Coordination — Match teachers with programs, coordinate scheduling, communicate updates, support teacher onboarding, and make sure teachers have everything they need for successful classes.

Partner Success — Be the primary point of contact for many partners: answer questions, solve problems, follow up after programs begin, check in through the season, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships.

Operations — Maintain CRM records, update dashboards, track onboarding progress, manage internal documentation, improve workflows, spot bottlenecks, and build systems that let Overture scale.

Customer Support — Assist with parent questions, registration issues, schedule changes, waitlists, teacher substitutions, and general support requests.
