About the role

This is a perfect position for:
people who have been working in Sales/Customer Success, preferably in HR tech
people who speak: Italian (native) English (C1) Spanish (B2,C1)
people who want to take part in building this amazing rocketship
We are a team of 17 guys with an average age of 26 y.o.
We are looking for someone who wants to build up the Customer Success activities in the startup world and experience a very dynamic environment.
We know you may not have all these characteristics but, if you think you are the right person, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

What does it mean to be a Customer Success Manager at Pack? You're crucial to the continuous success and growth of our business - and our journey has only just begun.
Your job is to help us refine and improve our customer success process by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get the most value from our platform. Your multilingual skills will be vital in supporting our clients across different countries.
Test and improve our customer success processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Provide ongoing support and training to customers via video calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE
Use of CRM (Hubspot)
Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our Pack for you

Contract

Working hours: full time
Contract term: Initial 6-month trial contract to see if we are a fit.
We can offer both an occasional service and a fixed-term contract to make a permanent contract after the first 6 months.
We have set a Performance Review System that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance.
