We are a team of 16 guys with an average age of 26 y.o.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an AE in the startup world and experience a very dynamic environment.

We know you may not have all these characteristics but, if you think you are the right person, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

What does it mean to be an Account Executive at Pack? You're crucial to the continuous success and growth of our business - and our journey has only just begun.

Your job is to help us capture the Spanish market by talking to key decision makers and leading businesses to sign them with us. Your expertise and knowledge to consult these companies will be crucial in your daily conversations.

Research, engage and lead the whole acquisition process with potential new clients (Lead to New Client).

Effectively communicate the value of Pack by performing live demos of our platform through (video) calling with qualified prospects.

Take ownership of following up and closing deals in a structured and data-driven manner.

Use all known prospecting initiatives at hand (CALLS, LinkedIn, e-mail, automation emailing, and beyond).

Track your performance against KPIs in order to consistently understand your contribution to the team and possible improvements.

Work tightly together with the SDR team to build and deliver an efficient and performing acquisition strategy for your assigned area.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE

Use of CRM (Hubspot)

You are a Spanish native speaker with great communication skills in English (level B2)

Contract

Working hours: full time

Contract term: Permanent contract with 6-month probationary period

We have set a Performance Review System that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance.
