We combine:
An international network of elite mentors and operators
A platform that turns growth into a process, not a guess
A proprietary methodology rooted in behavioral science and execution
WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
We are looking for a mid-level Frontend & UX Engineer to craft responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces. This role focuses on turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences, collaborating closely with design and product teams, and ensuring consistent implementation of design systems. It’s ideal for an engineer who combines technical frontend expertise with a strong user-centered mindset.
OUR VALUES:
People-Focused
Relentless Growth
Straightforward Execution
Founder Mindset
MAMBA MENTALITY:
"Hard work outweighs talent.
Mamba mentality is about 4 a.m. workouts, doing more than the next guy, and then trusting in the work you’ve put in when it’s time to perform. Without studying, preparation, and practice, you’re leaving the outcome to fate. I don’t do fate."
Kobe Bryant

Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate UX assumptions.
Proactively identify UX bottlenecks or usability issues and own improvements end-to-end.
Testing, Accessibility & Performance
Maintain high frontend quality through automated testing with tools like Playwright and Vitest.
Ensure performance best practices including lazy loading, state management, and rendering optimization.
Enforce accessibility (a11y) standards and inclusive design practices across the platform.

Secondary Responsibilities

Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Backend Engineers to define and consume APIs effectively.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure efficient CI/CD for frontend releases.
Actively participate in design reviews, code reviews, and product planning discussions.
Design System & Reusability
Contribute to or help define our evolving design system and component library.
Advocate for design consistency, reusability, and scalable UI frameworks across the product.
Mentorship & Best Practices
Mentor junior frontend engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Establish and maintain frontend coding standards and champion best practices in accessibility, testing, and performance.
We know you may not have all these characteristics but, if you think you are the right person, we would love to meet you.
