🟠 About us

PACK
Pack is the people development platform for companies building the next generation of talent. We help you transform performers into A-Players — not with generic training, but with precision coaching, strategic mentorship, and a system that scales.
We combine:
An international network of elite mentors and operators
A platform that turns growth into a process, not a guess
A proprietary methodology rooted in behavioral science and execution
WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
We are looking for a mid-level Frontend & UX Engineer to craft responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces. This role focuses on turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences, collaborating closely with design and product teams, and ensuring consistent implementation of design systems. It’s ideal for an engineer who combines technical frontend expertise with a strong user-centered mindset.
OUR VALUES:
People-Focused
Relentless Growth
Straightforward Execution
Founder Mindset
MAMBA MENTALITY:
"Hard work outweighs talent.
Mamba mentality is about 4 a.m. workouts, doing more than the next guy, and then trusting in the work you’ve put in when it’s time to perform. Without studying, preparation, and practice, you’re leaving the outcome to fate. I don’t do fate."
Kobe Bryant

🟠 About the role

Primary Responsibilities

User Research & Insight Gathering
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys) to uncover user needs, pain points, and mental models.
Analyze behavioral data and feedback to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
UX & Interaction Design
Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns that make complex tasks simple and engaging.
Create low- to high-fidelity prototypes in tools like Figma to explore and communicate design solutions.
Define and document interaction behaviors, micro-interactions, and UX patterns for scalable implementation.
Usability, Accessibility & Design Validation
Apply usability heuristics, accessibility (a11y) standards, and inclusive design practices to ensure products are usable by all.
Run usability testing sessions to validate design solutions, iterate quickly, and improve user experience.
Advocate for evidence-based design by leveraging insights, research findings, and data.

Secondary Responsibilities

Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with Frontend Engineers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.
Partner with Product Managers to shape user stories, acceptance criteria, feature definitions, requirements, and success metrics.
Design System & Visual Consistency
Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability of components.
Champion visual standards, UX guidelines, and documentation to maintain product coherence.
Provide input in design critiques, ensuring solutions meet both user needs and technical constraints.
Mentorship & Thought Leadership
Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in UX, research, and prototyping.
Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, and emerging practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
