We are a team of 30 people with an average age of 27 y.o.. We are looking for someone who wants to become an Operation Specialist in the startup world and experience a very dynamic environment.

Role Overview As an Operation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for client support, user success, and operational efficiency. You will focus on issue resolution, process documentation, and monitoring client feedback to identify improvement areas. It’s a hands-on role for someone entrepreneurial, eager to innovate, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CPO and the Operation team to ensure the seamless execution of business operations and strategies.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the Ops and Customer Success teams to maintain high levels of user and client satisfaction/retention.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in our products or services.
  • Contribute to the development of user success strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage and nurture the network of professionals within our ecosystem, fostering valuable relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive improvements in operations.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on key operational and user success metrics.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CPO.

Key Requirements

  • French & Italian proficiency (verbal and written) or native speaker (our clients are 🇫🇷, 🇪🇸 and 🇮🇹)
  • English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor's degree (finished or ongoing)
  • Office/Google Suite package
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and user satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously, being detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate effectively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights from data and make informed decisions Nice to have:
  • Experience in startup environments, operations, user success, or related roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • You like putting yourself in the game
  • You like learning by doing and making mistakes

**CONTRACT

Working hours:** full time Contract term: Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period We have set a Performance Review System that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance.
