🟠 About the role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong career in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on exposure to tech recruitment in a fast-growing, international environment.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Staff and hiring managers, owning and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, from role definition to offer stage.
This role is fully focused on recruitment and does not evolve into performance management, learning, or broader HR responsibilities.
We’re a team of 38 people, with an average age of 27, operating across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on tech and digital roles (engineering, product, data, growth, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Publish and manage job postings across multiple channels
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
Screen candidates and support interview processes
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Collect and structure interview feedback
Manage recruiting pipelines, ATS, and hiring data
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency

Requirements

Must-haves

2–3 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
Proven experience recruiting tech or digital profiles (internal TA or agency)
Good understanding of tech roles and hiring dynamics
Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1) 🇬🇧
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes
Structured mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality
Comfortable using ATS and tools (e.g. Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Greenhouse)
