About the role

As Pre-Sales Specialist, you work side by side with our Account Executives to give prospects the technical confidence they need to move forward. You are the person who brings Pack's platform to life during demos, translating features into real business value for HR leaders, L&D teams, and senior decision-makers. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of Pack's commercial growth.
This is a perfect position for:

This is the first time we hire someone with thi role. You will be in charge of building this position from 0 → 1

Responsibilities

Join and co-deliver product demonstrations alongside Account Executives, adapting the narrative to each prospect's context and audience, with a focus on driving conversion at each stage of the sales cycle
Run customer interviews to understand unmet needs and validate new product hypotheses, contributing directly to MVP definition and AI-powered product development
Collaborate with the Product team to translate prospect and customer insights into actionable input for the roadmap
Prepare tailored demo environments that reflect prospect-specific scenarios and use cases
Present Pack's platform clearly to mixed audiences of HR business stakeholders and technical buyers
Follow up with prospects on technical questions after demo sessions
Build and maintain a library of demo assets, objection-handling materials, and technical FAQs
Contribute to internal enablement by supporting Sales colleagues on product positioning
Share field insights with Product and Marketing teams to inform roadmap and messaging

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE
Pre-sales experience
Minimum 1.5 years in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or client-facing technical role, ideally in HR Tech, People Development, or B2B SaaS
Experience supporting B2B sales cycles with structured product demonstrations
Comfortable operating in a consultative model where trust and expertise are the primary differentiators
Technical and product knowledge
Solid understanding of SaaS platform features and how to translate them into business outcomes
Familiarity with HR tech ecosystems: LMS, HRIS, skills management, or talent platforms
Experience with CRM tools, HubSpot preferred
Communication and presence
Able to engage credibly with CHROs, L&D leads, and hands-on HR operations teams
Strong written communication for technical follow-ups and internal documentation
Confident in presenting live in remote settings, including handling unexpected questions without losing momentum
