We’re looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding Packworks’ presence in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing and delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to support business development strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business initiatives.
- Support the business development team in achieving sales and partnership targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Preferred: Experience in tech/software sales
- Resides in the Greater Manila Area and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
