The Role We Need:
At PadSplit's Two Keys Property Management, the Host Reporting Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics related to our hosting services, property management operations, and vendor management. This role plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic planning across the organization.
The Person We Are Looking For:
The perfect fit for the Host Reporting Analyst position at PadSplit's Two Keys Property Management is a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is deeply passionate about data and reporting. This candidate will shine in transforming raw data into valuable insights, possessing sharp attention to detail and outstanding analytical abilities to decipher intricate data sets. Their insights will steer strategic choices and enhance Two Keys' operational effectiveness.
Here's What You'll Do Day To Day:
Property Management Analysis:
- Generate and analyze aged Work Order Report to identify and address outstanding maintenance issues.
- Monitor Inactive Room-Turns and provide recommendations for efficient property turnover.
- Review inspection reports and manage the Inspections Review Process to identify properties requiring capital improvement projects.
- Analyze data on properties in eviction status and provide recommendations for appropriate actions.
- Generate Evictions Audit Report and Capital Improvements Report for stakeholder review.
Vendor Management and Cost Analysis:
- Review New Invoices from Vendors and assist in vendor payment processing.
- Prepare an Average Cost Report to analyze and benchmark vendor pricing and service costs.
- Conduct Utility Expense Audit and Recurring Services Audit Report to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Reporting and Data Visualization:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards and visualizations for hosting, property management, and vendor management metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve reporting and data visualization techniques to enhance clarity and impact.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using property management software and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Interview Process:
- Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
- If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video interview with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
- If warranted, the next step would be a video panel interview with key stakeholders at PadSplit for one (1) hour.
