Bookkeeper – Paperstack (Remote)

Join a fast-growing fintech company that's scaled significantly in the past year. You'll play a critical role in keeping our day-to-day accounting operations clean and accurate as we grow.
100% remote. Work from anywhere.
This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where accuracy matters.
At Paperstack, we provide working capital financing to e-commerce brands, purpose-built for how modern commerce scales. We're expanding our Finance function and looking for a Bookkeeper to own our day-to-day accounting operations and keep our books clean as we grow.

Why Paperstack

We're a US-based, remote-first fintech backed by top-tier investors and programs including Google for Startups and Techstars. Over the past 12 months, we've more than doubled our team and we're continuing to grow.
You'll be working on US markets with a team of sharp, hungry people who hold each other to a high bar. Salary is paid in USD.
This isn't a support role at a slow-moving company. You'll have real ownership from day one, and as we grow, so does your scope.
Our team comes together once a year for an offsite. Past trips have taken us to Morocco and Europe.

The Role

As a Bookkeeper, you'll own day-to-day bookkeeping, support month-end close, maintain clean financial records, prepare routine reports, and help the Finance team stay ahead of discrepancies.
Fully Remote — This is a 100% remote position.
Application deadline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through July 18, 2026.
