Job Description:

As a Growth Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth initiatives, helping to identify opportunities, execute strategies, and analyze results to drive user acquisition and retention. This hands-on position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Growth in various business sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing Content Creation:

• Write engaging and informative eBooks on operational excellence and related topics
• Develop compelling case studies highlighting Pazo's success stories
• Craft thought leadership articles for long-form content (newsletter and emails)
• Stay updated on industry trends and viral content
• Assist in managing Pazo's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

Growth Hacking :

• Learn about Pazo's product offerings and value proposition
• Gain insight into the company's target market and buyer personas
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and experiments.
• Identify and pursue partnerships, strategic opportunities, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must have completed or Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Previous experience as Growth Intern/ Marketing Intern would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with Market tools and platforms is a plus.
• Should have acumen to perform business generalist tasks
