Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager at Perleybrook Labs Inc in Kochi. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, optimizing production workflows, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the production line
• Experience in production management, inventory control, and quality assurance
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience in process optimization and workflow efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
