Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. If you have a keen interest in HR, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, this internship will provide valuable insights into the HR field within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various job boards and the company website.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and other meetings with candidates.
• Assist in onboarding activities for new employees.
• Contribute to planning and organizing employee engagement events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
• Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives, contributing to their success.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

This is an unpaid full-time internship lasting 2-3 months.
