We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in advancing FLAGMAN, our innovative solution for workplace safety and industrial automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software and firmware for FLAGMAN, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, architecture, and specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and video analytics techniques for real-time human error detection and prevention.
• Conduct feasibility studies and research to evaluate new technologies for improving FLAGMAN’s capabilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance for junior engineers and uphold hardware design standards and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in embedded systems development, including software and hardware aspects.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded applications and hands-on experience with microcontrollers/microprocessors.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded Linux, and communication protocols.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, computer vision, and video analytics techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience with hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog, VHDL) and FPGA development.
• Familiarity with ONVIF protocol and IP camera integration.
• Previous experience in developing IIoT devices for industrial applications.
• Knowledge of signal processing techniques and algorithms.
