Role Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth order processing. The role involves coordinating with sales, production teams, and internal departments to manage orders, follow up on manufacturing clearances, and handle dispatch planning. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing and client coordination.
  • Enter and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) in the software system.
  • Follow up with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing clearance.
  • Coordinate inspection calls based on production completion dates and PO terms.
  • Plan and track dispatch instructions (DI) to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain order status updates and follow up on alerts with internal teams.
  • Handle email correspondence, document filing, and data entry.
  • Manage telephone communication with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales coordination, order management, or administrative support (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
