We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Presales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical evaluation of new projects, delivering demos and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to customers, and preparing detailed solution documents and Bills of Materials (BOMs). This role involves a deep understanding of industrial environments, safety systems, and integrating AI-powered IIoT devices such as our Flagman system.

• Conduct technical evaluation of new customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and PoCs at customer sites to showcase system capabilities.
• Prepare detailed solution documentation, wiring diagrams, and BOMs for each project.
• Install and configure Flagman devices at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
• Handle electrical wiring and PLC connections, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Integrate APIs and third-party software as required to enhance system capabilities.
• Perform site assessments, technical feasibility checks, and provide customer-facing support.
• Coordinate with the engineering and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Train customers on Flagman system usage and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain documentation for each demo, including technical challenges and customer feedback.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and electrical wiring practices.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Exposure to SCADA systems and industrial automation environments.
• Understanding of REST APIs, software integration, and communication protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India, and occasionally to GCC, Southeast Asia, Bhutan, and Nepal.
• Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and develop optimal technical solutions.
