Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Manager to manage Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) for existing customers of Perleybrook Labs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new AMC sales, managing service contract renewals, and overseeing onsite support engagements. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, ensuring high service satisfaction, and maximizing revenue from current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow IMS/AMC revenue from existing Perleybrook Labs customers.
- Handle and coordinate with Perleybrook Labs' customers, channel partners, and OEMs to drive AMC business opportunities.
- Drive renewals, upgrades, and extensions of AMC/IMS contracts for installed Flagman or related systems.
- Collaborate with service delivery and technical teams to ensure timely support, issue resolution, and SLA compliance.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for all IMS-related matters (pricing, contract scope, billing, etc.).
- Identify upsell opportunities including spare parts, extended support, on-demand visits, and system refreshes.
- Maintain detailed records of contract status, expiry dates, pricing, and customer engagement in CRM or ERP tools.
- Support planning and forecasting by coordinating between OEM (Perleybrook Labs), customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely invoicing and payment coordination with accounts.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–5 years in IMS / AMC sales, service contract management, or key account handling in an OEM/IT services environment.
- Strong understanding of AMC workflows, SLAs, and managed services operations.
- Strong communication and customer management skills, especially with Plant Managers, EHS Teams, Maintenance Heads, and Operations personnel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on relationship building and revenue assurance.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel pan-India as per customer or project requirements.
- Experience managing post-sales service business in manufacturing, automation, or industrial safety domains.
- Familiarity with industrial safety systems, IIoT platforms, or related technologies.
- Ability to conduct both technical and commercial discussions related to AMC/service deliverables.
