Who we are looking for:
Phoenix Tailings is seeking passionate and driven finance professionals to join our Leadership Development Program (LDP) - Finance. We are looking for individuals who are excited about shaping the future of sustainable metals production through strategic financial leadership. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and driving the financial success of a rapidly growing company.
You will be part of a program that prepares future leaders by immersing you in critical financial tasks while learning how to manage the financial strategy for a cutting-edge clean technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models: Build robust financial models to support operational decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- Lead financial planning and analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
- Support capital raising efforts: Engage with the Founding Team to assist with capital raising and investment initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and production goals.
- Develop investor responses: Provide clear, data-driven financial insights to support investor relations and business growth.
- Prepare for leadership:You will receive hands-on leadership training to equip you for senior financial roles within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience in corporate finance, budgeting, or capital management is a plus.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and clean energy technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A desire to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly scaling company.
