- Develop and optimize control systems: Design, implement, and refine control systems for high-temperature processes, including molten salt electrolysis, liquid/liquid separation, and other systems.
- Automation integration: Work with PLCs, HMI, and advanced control strategies to improve system efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Data analysis and diagnostics: Analyze control system performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements to ensure consistent system operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with chemical engineers, R&D, and operations teams to integrate control systems into Phoenix Tailings' production workflows.
- Leadership development: Gain leadership skills through project management, technical guidance, and hands-on training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with controls, automation and date.
- Passion for sustainability, data and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A desire to grow into a leadership role in a rapidly scaling company.
