Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze defense and aerospace policy developments affecting critical metals and manufacturing
- Track NDAA, appropriations, and regulatory actions relevant to the defense industrial base
- Produce policy briefs, legislative summaries, and issue analyses for leadership
- Monitor DoW programs and funding opportunities related to supply chain resilience
- Support strategic planning through data-driven insights on government priorities
- Maintain internal tracking tools for policy and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in policy analysis, government research, or defense-related roles
- Strong understanding of U.S. government and defense policy processes
- Interest in aerospace, defense, and national security economics
- Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills
- Ability to synthesize complex policy information into clear insights
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, political science, or related field
