What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
As part of our manufacturing team, you will play a key role in building and finishing custom wood interiors. Responsibilities include:
- Operating a variety of wood shop equipment such as saws, routers, drill presses, and joinery tools
- Assembling and installing interior components using fasteners, adhesives, and hardware
- Performing finishing work, including sanding and applying finishes to meet customer specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace (sweeping, trash removal, material organization)
- Experience: 2+ years in finish carpentry preferred
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, balancing, stooping, and handling materials with precision
- Safety-Focused: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to read and interpret prints and layouts
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Work on unique, custom projects
