In this role, you’ll support the Manager and team with a variety of assembly and production tasks, including:
- Assembling materials according to detailed specifications
- Using basic math skills and handheld measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Reading and working from shop sheets and instructions
- Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving in day-to-day tasks
- Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Taking on additional responsibilities as needed
- Ability to read and follow shop sheets and technical instructions
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience maintaining inventory levels or willingness to learn
- Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong mechanical inclination and hands-on mindset
- Confidence using both hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Clear and effective communication
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
