  • Respond to inbound inquiries, including phone calls, email, and website inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about Pilot’s products and services to prospective customers
  • Responsible for Pilot’s inbound phone line and routing calls to appropriate departments
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Engage in the consultative sales process: field and engage in real-time sales calls, hold effective scheduled calls/meetings, and manage follow-up communication
  • Nurture a pipeline of qualified, engaged prospects and forecast accordingly
  • Document prospect interactions and sales activities in Pilot’s CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer experience Team to meet customer timelines
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks associated with converting a prospect to a customer
  • Create high-level reports on inbound activities


  • 1+ year experience in SDR, inbound or full sales cycle role
  • Proven experience in an inbound sales or related role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities to understand and address customer needs effectively and promptly
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance, coupled with a persistent follow-up strategy to guarantee successful outcomes
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and SalesLoft


  • Base salary range of $70,000-$80,000 + commission
