Pipedream Labs is on a mission to scale hyperlogistics this decade. We are running autonomous robots through pipes buried underground to help remove emissions, congestion, and costs out of the current logistics system. We’re literally building from the ground up, and need fiercely independent thinkers and doers to help make the dream a reality.

What this position is

2023 is when we start to execute. We have a number of pilots being built, and the next step is to commercialize Pipedream with the help of great partners. We need help sourcing, strategizing with, and ultimately scaling our relationships with cities, neighborhoods, and merchant partners. Our Growth Lead will craft and execute an inbound and outbound strategy to attract new potential partners, work with partners to solve their problems, and bring learnings back to the product team to make us better.




  • 4+ years in a strategy, business development, or related role
  • Self starter comfortable developing and executing a plan from a seedling of an idea
  • Comfortable walking into small businesses for a cold pitch in addition to developing high level strategic plans with enterprise partners
  • Ability to communicate across operations, product, and engineering

Nice to haves

  • Have worked with or adjacent to government to accomplish business objectives
  • Experience in delivery, logistics, or e-commerce
  • Marketing and brand-building experience, whether your personal brand or for a company


  • Identifying the appropriate partners for Pipedream at each stage
  • Developing a plan for how to reach those partners via a combination of inbound and outbound tactics
  • Compiling engaging materials to present to potential partners
  • Having conversations with partners from discovery through onboard
  • Providing the rest of the company with insight from partners about how we can better serve their needs
  • Working with operations to execute installs and be the point person throughout the partnership
