Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to elevate our commercial team’s impact across North America and Europe. Based in the United States, you will play a key role in supporting sales efforts in our fastest-growing market. This role focuses on equipping our sales team with the tools and resources needed to achieve ambitious targets. Your responsibilities will span a range of initiatives, including sales operations guidance, outbound targeting coordination, go-to-market strategy development and implementation, and event planning. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company where sports, technology, and growth converge.

If you have a strong understanding of the sporting landscape in both North America and the UK/Europe, are a former collegiate or professional athlete, and have experience in selling sports technology, this role provides an excellent platform to apply your creative and practical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Infrastructure: Partner with the operations team to deliver actionable data insights to executive leadership, guiding future commercial strategies. Facilitate growth by systemizing changes to Hubspot that optimize reporting.
  • Top-of-the-Funnel Sales: Accelerate account executives’ reach by sourcing contacts, creating compelling sales sequences, managing email-send capacity, and reporting on efficacy data.
  • Event Coordination: Identify and organize events that align with the company’s commercial goals and brand identity.
  • Go-To-Market Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and implement both short-term and long-term strategies for targeting, activations, and partnerships to maximize revenue.
  • Complete Feedback Loop: Regularly engage with Account Executives to understand their needs and address gaps in tools or knowledge by coordinating solutions with relevant departments. Foster learning and development within the sales team.
  • Sales Targets: Embrace the company’s overall sales targets as your own, driving initiatives to achieve them.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to uncover new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in outbound sales, sales operations, or sales management roles, preferably within sports technology, SaaS, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets or managing sales teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting commercial data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confidence in executing large-scale outbound outreach.
  • Proven experience in event coordination and tradeshow participation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the target market landscape, including:
