The Construction Manager will supervise and oversee a team of installers, managing job sites for both new construction and remodeling projects. This role requires an outstanding work ethic, construction knowledge, and leadership ability.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage job sites for both new construction and remodeling projects
- Create schedules for construction crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites
- Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Maintain constant communication with clients on the project progress
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- College degree preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in construction required
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
- OHSA 10 or greater a plus
- First Aid/CPR Certified a plus
- Fully computer literate
Working Conditions:
- Personal protective equipment required.
- This role may include office-based work as well as field-based work, in various settings exposed to heat, noise, cold, dust, etc.
