Warehouse Coordinator

Location: In Person - San Bernardino, California

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)
  • Read customer orders, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be gathered, moved, distributed and/or shipped.
  • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to other designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
  • Record amounts of materials/items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
  • Assist in counting of physical inventory.
  • Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
  • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ months relative experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents and comprehend simple math; the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Possess or attain Forklift license.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.

  • Mobility and strength to bend, twist, squat, kneel, walk, climb, reach, lift, carry, push.
