ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

1. INSTALL POURED IN PLACE RUBBER SURFACING
by
Following all company and OSHA safety requirements, Loading and unloading of material at warehouse and jobsite, Carry out all tasks as assigned my crew leader or Manager, Mixing 55 lbs. bags of material into mortar mixer, Wheelbarrow material to work area, Spread material using screed rods and trowels, Give material a nice finished surface using trowel and special release agents.

2. CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT
by
Maintaining a safe work environment, demonstrating a collaborative/cooperative work- place attitude, maintaining company environmental standards by complying with procedures, rules and regulations, Assist other workers as needed to accomplish the scope of work for each project from mobilization, through preparation, installation and clean up, to demobilization.

3. PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Good work habits such as punctuality, dependability, and attention to detail, and compliance with safety procedures to safely and effectively complete assigned tasks
  • Comprehension and communication skills
  • Must be able to lift, carry and push 90 lbs.
  • Mobility and strength to bend, twist, squat, kneel, walk, climb, reach, lift, carry, push.
  • Calculate using basic math and measuring tools (lengths, depths, mix ratios, square footage, etc)
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a vehicle
  • Certification to operate forklift and/or skid steer a plus, but not required
  • No drug use of any kind
  • No alcohol use during work hours and cannot be under the influence during work hours.
  • Must be able to work in different weather conditions and up to 115 degree and under sun all day.
  • Must be able to travel out of city and state for weeks at a time.

  • Exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Carrying, pushing or pulling parts to area.
  • Lifting and bending frequently.
  • Steel toed shoes are required at all times.
  • Safety Glasses are required at all times.
  • Hearing protection is required only in specified areas
  • Must be able to travel out of city and state for weeks at a time.
