Sales Project Coordinator

Are you a hard worker who loves to learn new skills and work with a great team? We are looking to fill a Full-time Remote position as a Sales Project Coordinator.

This role will provide project coordination for the Playworld Preferred team. Collaborate with sales team, customers, other Playworld Preferred team members and vendors to ensure timely and accurate project completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

  • Assist customers, sales reps and vendors by answering incoming calls.
  • Create simple quotes for any open territories by working with vendors (larger quotes will be processed by closest sales representative)
  • Receive requests from sales staff regarding charge/warranty replacements and research as needed.
  • Place no charge/warranty request orders with Playworld Preferred vendors.
  • Work with customers and sales reps on replacement part quotes/estimates working with vendors.
  • Receive customer Purchase Orders and place replacement part orders.
  • Track and provide reporting on all no charge/warranty/replacement orders with vendors – communicating with the sales team and customers on order status.
  • Coordinate with sales rep and Project Manager on order delivery.
  • Works with customers to schedule non-install orders, no charge & replacement orders – (working with Project Manager if any issues with delivery)
  • Work with Playworld HUB / Lead Tracker and salespeople to update leads and prioritize responses with sales reps.
  • Process and Distribute shipping documents for all orders.
  • Assist with simple / smaller order quotations as needed with sales reps.
  • Contributes to the corporate team effort by collaborating with every department, participating / contributing to company meetings
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in company sponsored product and services training events, interacting with other departments and periodic professional development opportunities
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Sales Support Manager

.• High School Diploma.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Project Coordinator or a similar role in sales or customer service for minimum 2 years.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of sales principles and procedures.
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team but can also work alone.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient with computers.
  • Good organizational and people skills.
