Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing, along with exposure to technical support and project management. In this role, you will work closely with the development and product teams to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track software bugs and inconsistencies using industry-standard tools.
Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues and validate fixes.
Perform regression, integration, and system testing as needed.
Contribute to improving QA practices, test coverage, and automation strategies.
Technical Support
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and QA processes.
Project Management
Manage QA tasks and deliverables within broader project timelines.
Track project milestones, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align QA priorities with release goals.
Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in software QA, including manual and automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG).
Experience working with web and mobile applications across different environments and devices.
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Exposure to project management practices within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
