Senior Manager, Social Video
Pod People
United States
Pod People is a full-service podcast and multimedia production company working with global brands, tech companies, and media teams to create content that always finds its audience.
We are looking for a senior social role to define what bold, platform-native content looks like at the highest level. This is a senior creative and strategic role for someone who lives at the intersection of storytelling and culture — someone who can turn a launch, a campaign, or a single moment into social assets that stops the scroll, stands out from the noise, and builds the kind of presence that makes our work impossible to ignore.
You'll own social strategy and asset creation across our client roster, spanning entertainment networks to tech startups, across podcasts, video series, and social-first content. Internally, you’ll transform Pod People’s own channels into a living portfolio and innovation lab, while building smarter workflows, reusable creative frameworks, and production workflows that scale.
If you're chronically online and obsessed with what’s working on every platform right now, energized by working with a wide variety of clients, and driven to build better systems — this is the role for you.
