As our People Analytics and HRIS Manager, you'll be at the forefront of integrating advanced analytics into our HR operations. You'll manage and optimize our HR systems, ensuring data integrity and leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our people data infrastructure, automating processes, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
What you’ll do:
- HR Systems Management: Oversee and optimize our HR technology stack, including Personio, CultureAmp, Ashby, Enboarder and others ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Data Infrastructure: Maintain and enhance our data warehouse in Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across HR platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, providing actionable insights into key HR metrics and KPIs.
- Automation & AI: Implement automation tools and AI-driven solutions to streamline HR processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including TA/People Partners, IT, Finance, Legal, and, to support organizational objectives through data-driven insights.
- Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years in HR analytics, HRIS management, or a related field, with a strong track record of managing HR systems and data analytics projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Looker. Familiarity with Snowflake and programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with HR platforms like Personio, CultureAmp, Ashby, and Enboarder or their equivalent. Understanding of APIs is more important than specific systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
