Every Preply lesson sparks change, fuels ambition, and drives progress that matters. Joining Preply means helping define the future of education at global scale, and building something that truly matters for millions of people, every day.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll help keep our GTM engine running smoothly by improving systems, data quality, and cross-functional workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our revenue tooling, build reliable automations, maintain clean CRM processes, and contribute to reporting that helps leaders make better decisions. You’ll work closely with senior RevOps and GTM stakeholders and grow into deeper ownership over time.

What you’ll be doing:

Systems & Tooling

  • Manage our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Vitally, Netsuite): triage issues, improve configurations, and help maintain strong data integrity.

  • Drive implementation and change projects, such as revamping attribution rules, implementing a new Sales->CS handover process, or automating our Quota to cash process

  • Be the owner of CRM hygiene (fields, validation, routing, deduplication, lifecycle stages) and ensure teams follow consistent standards.

  • Help run deal governance operations, by owning the deal desk process, Leadership approval flows and finance/legal handoff.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual work using automation tools (Salesforce automation, Zapier/n8n, Cargo/Clay, Vitally Playbooks)

Data & Reporting

  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and reporting in Salesforce for funnel and pipeline metrics.

  • Support analysis on performance drivers (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, churn/retention trends) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Help prepare recurring metric updates for GTM leadership (weekly/monthly reporting packs, data quality checks, KPI tracking).

Cross-functional Operations

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to troubleshoot process gaps, improve adoption, and keep workflows consistent.

  • Contribute to enablement materials (process docs, short Looms, “how-to” guides) so teams can self-serve.

  • Support strategic projects (territory hygiene, lifecycle definition, pipeline processes, pricing or packaging changes) with clean data and operational execution.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, BizOps, or GTM Systems roles (B2B SaaS or high-growth environment preferred).

  • Systems foundation: Comfortable working in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, objects/fields, basic automation) and familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

  • Salesforce certified: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Advanced Administrator, Platform Builder, SalesCloud consultant and other Certifications a plus.

  • Automation mindset: Exposure to no-code tools (Zapier, n8n) and interest in learning APIs/AI workflow automation.

  • Data fluency: Confident with spreadsheets; able to reason about funnel metrics and interpret trends.

  • Operational rigor: Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in managing requests, QA’ing changes, and maintaining documentation.

  • Collaboration: Clear communicator who can work across teams, handle ambiguity, and build trust with stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Outreach, Vitally, Netsuite, Clay/Cargo, or similar tools.

  • Basic understanding of attribution concepts and lifecycle stage design.

  • Experience owning deal desk processes (approvals, discounting governance, contracts ops).
