Guided by our vision to Power People’s Progress, Preply Business offers corporate language training to build stronger international teams through personalized training for every department and business goal.
With great power comes great responsibility: as a B2B Product Manager at Preply, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our B2B product offerings. Your goal will be to deeply understand corporate customer needs and pain points, and translate them into learner experiences that drive engagement, accelerate progress, and make value tangible through AI-powered insights and reporting.
This is a role with real ownership and influence: you’ll have a direct impact on B2B's growth and strategy with high visibility to our C-suite and leadership team.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive the next chapter of our B2B evolution: Shape a product roadmap that strengthens our B2B vertical while leveraging the best of our broader product ecosystem. Connect strategy to execution to accelerate growth.
Bridge product worlds: Translate high-quality user experience principles into scalable B2B solutions across admin, learner, and back-office experiences. Identify where cross-product synergies create competitive advantage.
Own value creation across the lifecycle: Lead initiatives across onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion. Ensure every product decision connects to measurable business impact.
Be a cross-functional leader: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on priorities and deliver cohesive solutions.
Manage complexity with clarity: Navigate competing priorities across teams and product domains. Bring structure to ambiguity and maintain focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
Influence at every level: Build strong partnerships across the organization and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Manage upwards with clear narratives, trade-offs, and recommendations.
Ground ambition in insight: Talk to customers, analyze usage data, and synthesize insights into scalable opportunities that strengthen our position in the B2B market.
Elevate decision quality with data: Use qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to guide prioritization and evaluate business impact. Define success metrics that matter for adoption, retention, and expansion.
Communicate with executive clarity: Articulate strategy, risks, and results to senior leadership in a structured, data-driven way. Proactively manage expectations and influence investment decisions.
What this role is not: This is not a narrow feature ownership role. We are looking for someone who sees the broader system, connects dots across product surfaces, and challenges the status quo to deliver step-change impact.
What you need to succeed:
Solid experience in product management within fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
Understanding of B2B customer needs and growth dynamics — or the ability to build this context if coming from a strong B2C background.
Ability to operate as a true generalist across strategy, UX, data, and execution.
Track record of driving outcomes through cross-functional leadership.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Comfort managing multiple initiatives in parallel in a dynamic environment.
Curiosity about users, combined with a rigorous, data-driven mindset.
Leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
