Preply is a product led company. As part of the product team, you will have a direct impact on the company's growth and strategy with high visibility to our C-suite and leadership team. You will be empowered to operate independently with a dedicated cross functional team to build amazing products and take them from inception to launch to scale!

Our product managers have true end-to-end accountability for their area with varied areas of responsibility such as: setting the long term vision and strategy for the squad, conceptualizing the product(s), driving the daily execution with the team, launching and analyzing the impact of your product on our customers.
What you'll be doing:
Preply is one of the largest advertisers in the Education Tech space. Our marketing operations span dozens of languages, thousands of creatives, and multiple acquisition channels. To keep growing at this scale, we need world-class products that take marketing channels to levels of performance impossible to reach manually.
As the Senior Product Manager for MarTech Scale, you'll own the products that scale Preply's marketing channels far beyond what manual effort allows - across Paid Search, SEO, AI Search, Display (Meta, TikTok, etc.), Affiliates, and the next wave of channels yet to emerge.
You'll partner with engineering, data, and marketing teams to build products that efficiently drive new subscribers to Preply at unprecedented scale.
Core Responsibilities:

Scale paid acquisition channels through Product
Own the SEM platform that posts and optimises millions of keywords - from discovery, through bidding, account structure, and ad copy generation. Push the team toward an always-on, data-driven automated scale of operations.
Build creative automation for Display channels - generating, tracking, testing and iterating on creatives, across dozens of languages and regions.
Build channel-management products for Display and Affiliates - automating bidding, account structure, partner onboarding, and reporting so the team can run dozens of campaigns and partners as one.
Partner with channel owners to identify the next leverage point - a new bidding model, account architecture, or feed strategy - and turn it into a Product.
Identify and build new acquisition channels (e.g., OpenAI Apps) before competitors do.

Power organic and AI Search with a limitless page-creation engine
Lead the product behind a step-change in SEO scale, with a system that takes keyword opportunities and produces high-quality pages, at scale.
Shape Preply's positioning in AI Search as discovery shifts from blue links to LLM answers - defining the content, structure, and signals that win on this new surface.
Continuously evolve the page-creation engine to stay ahead of evolving search behaviour, ranking systems, and AI search tools.

Make landing pages a conversion advantage
Own the Preply homepage, and the platform that powers bespoke landing pages across marketing channels. Deeply understand users’ intents from different marketing channels and match that to their landing experience.
Partner with the broader Growth Tribe to optimize the top of the funnel end-to-end - carrying marketing intent across the full conversion journey, not just the landing page.
Run a fast cycle of hypothesis, experiment, learning across geographies, audiences, and channels.

Make Preply Marketing AI-native
Make AI a first-class building block in the platforms you ship. From keyword and ad copy generation, to page creation, to creative automation - AI is the engine that makes scale possible. Architect for it from day one rather than retrofitting it later.
Be the standard-bearer for AI inside the Marketing org - proactively identifying where AI compounds marketer output and be hands-on building solutions.
Build the platform and guardrails that let every marketer at Preply operate with AI safely and effectively in their daily work.
Stay close to the frontier of AI capabilities, and translate what's possible into what's worth shipping.
Leadership & Ways of Working:
Lead with vision: Stay at the forefront of marketing technology, growth, and AI innovation. Anticipate industry shifts - from how AI is reshaping search behaviour to emerging acquisition surfaces - and translate them into a clear, long-term MarTech Scale strategy for Preply.
Be a domain authority: Inspire your squad and cross-functional partners by articulating a bold vision for how Tech can scale marketing channels far beyond what's possible today.
Go deep into the system: Own the platform at the depth of an engineer. Query the tables yourself, read the data pipelines, design the architecture alongside the team. Open the marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GSC) and see the performance with your own eyes. The best decisions in MarTech come from PMs who understand the system as well as the people building it.
Own end-to-end outcomes: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle - from defining platform requirements and architectural choices to driving execution, adoption, and measurable business impact.
Be biased for action: Balance strategy and developing conviction with quick and lean hypothesis testing to launch MVPs and iterate based on results. Open the marketing platforms and see the performance with your own eyes.
Make decisions through data: Use data to evaluate the impact of platform changes on marketing efficiency, scale, and growth.
Be a cross-functional force multiplier: Partner deeply with Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams - sharing ownership of KPIs and building trust through transparency and collaboration. Foster a culture where automation and AI enable every marketer at Preply to operate at their full potential.
What you need to succeed:
At least five years of hands-on technical experience in Performance Marketing channel management for a highly-trafficked consumer website OR experience as a product manager in marketing technology.
You have experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads APIs, SEO tooling, GTM, Segment, or internal data pipelines).
You have knowledge of SEO and how it is evolving in an AI-first world.
You have knowledge of App marketing.
You are willing to get your hands dirty, and work hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, etc.
You're a systems thinker who thrives on making complex ecosystems automated, measurable, and scalable.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities.
You have experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products to global markets.
You're a natural leader. You know how to influence people to get things done across any job function. People love working with you.
You balance strategy and execution - defining long-term vision while shipping incremental improvements quickly.
You're an excellent communicator, capable of aligning engineers, marketers, and executives around a shared vision.
