Role Overview:

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance lead and customer conversions. You will take full ownership of our website’s content strategy, SEO performance, and overall search visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
  
• Take a website with 10,000+ monthly clicks and scale it to 50,000+ clicks.
  
• Identify and optimize for high-impact keywords, taking at least 10 from un-ranked positions to first-page rankings.
  
• Use effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority (DA) from the 30s to the 50s.
  
• Track and analyze SEO performance metrics for clicks, rankings, and lead and customer conversions.
  
• Conducted technical SEO audits and implemented fixes to enhance site performance.
  
• Take responsibility for all website content, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and business goals.
  
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and search algorithm updates.
  
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to drive SEO initiatives.
  
• Provide detailed reports on SEO progress, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing SEO for a website with at least 10,000 monthly clicks and scaling it to 50,000+.
  
• Demonstrated success in ranking at least 10 keywords from unranked positions to the first page.
  
• Experience in increasing a website’s domain authority from the 30s to the 50s.
  
• Strong ability to track and analyze not just rankings and traffic, but also lead and customer conversion metrics.
  
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  
• Experience with technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
  
• Strong content strategy skills with the ability to oversee and improve website content.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Verifiable evidence of past SEO achievements.
