As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance lead and customer conversions. You will take full ownership of our website’s SEO performance, content strategy, and overall search visibility, ensuring measurable business impact through data-driven optimization.

• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
  
• Scale website traffic from 10,000+ to 50,000+ monthly clicks through strategic SEO initiatives.
  
• Identify high-impact keywords and optimize content to rank at least 10 from unranked positions to the first page.
  
• Create and manage SEO-optimized website content that aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
  
• Implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority (DA) from the 30s to the 50s.
  
• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including clicks, rankings, lead generation, and customer conversions.
  
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes to enhance website performance and user experience.
  
• Own and oversee all website content, ensuring it adheres to SEO best practices and supports overall business goals.
  
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and the marketing team to execute and refine SEO strategies.
  

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience in managing website SEO
  
• Proven track record of scaling a website from 10,000 to at least 50,000 monthly clicks.
  
• Successfully ranked at least 10 keywords from unranked positions to the first page.
  
• Demonstrated success in ranking at least 10 keywords from unranked positions to the first page.
  
• Strong ability to track and analyze rankings, traffic, lead generation, and customer conversion metrics.
  
• Strong content strategy skills with the ability to oversee and improve website content.
  
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
  
• Expertise in content strategy, overseeing, improving, and producing website content.
