Project Canary
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking and reporting on unit performance metrics to help identify and address maintenance needs.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Field Operations Manager to support the scheduling of unit repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support regular cycle counting and inventory accuracy for deployed units across the customer base.
- Help integrate new units into internal systems, ensuring proper tracking and setup in relevant databases.
- Support data hygiene for NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records in alignment with operational standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of deployed units across the customer base, organized by unit type.
- Support the initial unit implementation process, helping to bring units live for new customers.
- Develop a foundational understanding of the technology and product details to contribute effectively to performance support.
- Engage in various ad hoc projects and tasks to assist the Operations and Customer Success teams as needed.
- Identify opportunities to optimize operations and implement process improvements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations, data analysis, or technical support role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and process tracking is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A process-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or familiarity with NetSuite and cycle counting.
- Experience working at a startup with hardware product.

- Salary range: $65,000-$85,000 annual base, depending on experience.
