Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership over the design and development of high precision electrical systems. Including analog circuits, ENOB/ADC/DAC, high-speed communications, and data acquisitions.
- Drive the selection and integration of components, ensuring high performance and manufacturability.
- Conduct theoretical modeling, circuit simulations, and prototype development to validate design concepts.
- Support the full lifecycle of PCB developments from block diagram to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Maintain revision control, create and maintain design/engineering documentation.
- Perform system failure analysis and test on electronics and electrical related issues
- Support electrical bring-up and debug of prototype Hardware.
- Support manufacturing in customizing product setups and the related test in production.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field, higher degrees preferred.
- 3+ years of electronics engineering, with a focus on analog circuit design and systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of mixed-signal electronics and signal conditioning/processing.
- Expertise in PCB design tools (e.g., OrCAD) and circuit simulation software (e.g., LTspice).
- Experience with microcontroller programming and multiple serial protocols (e.g. UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB).
- Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and protocol decoders.
- Familiar with IoT devices using cellular modem for communications.
- Familiar with FPGA and HAL.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance with product design. (e.g., UL, CSA CE).
